Thank you NHB for the Award!

We are immensely honored and blessed to be recognized as the Steward of Intangible Cultural Heritage by National Heritage Board Singapore. Our Second Generation Sauce Master - Madam Tan Poh Choo received this prestigious award from our Singapore Minister for Culture, Community and Youth - Minister Edwin Tong.

This award recognizes her stewardship in continuing and preserving the dying craft of making traditional handmade soy sauce. We thank NHB and the panel of judges that came down and visited our Nanyang Sauce Brewery for the evaluation.

We are very heartened and appreciative that a humble craft that started decades ago by our forefathers has been recognized by our Singapore Government and a special thank you to our customers that keep us going for the past 63 years. Thank for very much for your unwavering support all these years
